About Custom Small Group Training

Dimensional Fitness is a custom, small group, 1 hour fitness camp. We can meet at a location that is most convenient to you, whether it be your house, work parking lot, or local park. We apply useful and functional movements incorporating all dimensions of fitness, including mobility, agility, endurance, strength, power, and speed, to maximize your athletic ability. We use science based programming and workouts that are fun, to the point, never the same, and always have a purpose. We believe in teaching people how to be fit and how to enjoy doing it so that it becomes a way of life. Find
